PURVIS, 11 May 2006 (peacefully) at his daughters residence, SAMUEL beloved husband of the late MABEL and dear father of ANN & WILLIAM, father-in-law of ARNOLD & MARCELLA, grandfather of LAURA, CRAIG, MORGAN, NINA, MIKALA, DEAN & SHELLEY and brother of OLIVE.   36 Windsor Crescent Cookstown. Interred  in Cookstown Cemetery on Saturday 13 May.
