Robert ScottThomasina, Lorraine and the family of the late Robert Scott, Newmills wish to express their heartfelt thanks to all who sympathised with them on their recent sad bereavement. Thanks to all who called at the home, telephoned, sent cards or messages of sympathy, attended the wake or funeral or helped in any way. A special thanks to the Doctors and staff of Ward 3 North and Acute Medical Ward of Craigavon Area Hospital, Dr Orla Fitzsimons and the staff of Stewartstown Health Centre for their professionalism and for the excellent care they provided. Many thanks also to all at Kelly’s Chemist, to all the care workers, district nurses and support staff for their invaluable help and assistance over the years. Deepest gratitude to Rev Michael Currie and Mr Colin McKay for their spiritual guidance and for conducting a very fitting funeral service in the church and at the graveside, also to our Church Elder Mrs Valerie Douglas for her guidance and support. Sincere thanks to Harry Russell for his solo during the church service, to Alan Warnock for playing the bagpipes, to the church organist and to the PW for providing the excellent refreshments in the Church Hall following the burial. We also wish to acknowledge those who gave so generously in lieu of flowers for Newmills Presbyterian Church Building Fund. Finally thanks to Bryan, Carole and the staff of Steenson Funeral Services for the dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements. We trust this acknowledgment will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere thanks and appreciation to all who helped or assisted in anyway in our time of loss.
