Slaine February 23, 2018 (peacefully) at Antrim Area Hospital, Samuel (Sam), devoted husband of Maureen, 88 Fairhill Road, Cookstown, loving dad of Stephen, Sonya and Jill, father-in-law of Rosalind and Ricky, papa of Molly, Sam, Rachel and Patrick and dear brother of Betty and the late Kathleen and Malcolm. A service of thanksgiving took place in Derryloran Parish Church on Monday, 26 February, followed by interment in Cookstown Cemetery. Donations in memory, if desired, to N.I. Chest, Heart & Stroke, c/o Steenson Funeral Services, 11 Loy Street, Cookstown, BT80 8PZ. Will be lovingly remembered by all his family and friends.
