Carson (nee McMenemy) January 11, 2020 (peacefully) at the Macmillan Unit, Antrim Area Hospital, Valerie, 4 River View, Moneymore, beloved wife of the late Jack, cherished mother of Jackie, David and Laverne, mother-in-law of Johnny and the late Carol, devoted granny Val to Andrew, James, Chelsea and James, great-grandmother of Lily and Jack and a dear sister. A service of thanksgiving was held in St. John’s Parish Church on Monday, 13 January, followed by interment in the adjoining Churchyard. Donations in memory, if desired, payable to Steenson Funeral Services (Charities account), 11 Loy Street, Cookstown, BT80 8PZ for Macmillan Unit, Antrim Area Hospital and St. John’s Parish Church. Will be very sadly missed by all her family and friends. “The Lord is my shepherd.”
