Shearer March 13, 2020 (peacefully) at the Macmillan Unit Antrim Area Hospital, John Pitcairn, dearly loved husband of Rosemary, 58 Moneymore Road, Cookstown, much loved father, friend and mentor to Fiona, Alan and Colin, father-in-law of Heather and Alison, beloved Pops to Morgan, Blake, Laila and Izabella, dear brother of Etta, brother-in-law of Ian and a much loved uncle. A service of thanksgiving took place in 2nd Moneymore Presbyterian Church on Monday, 16 March, followed by interment in 1st Moneymore Presbyterian Churchyard. Donations in memory, if desired, payable to Steenson Funeral Services (Charities account), 11 Loy Street, Cookstown, BT80 8PZ for Medecins Sans Frontieres or Sightsavers. Will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all his family and friends.
