Sloan (née McVicker) June 25, 2021 (peacefully) at home, surrounded by her family, Peggy, 9 Limekiln Lane, Cookstown, beloved wife of the late Hugh, loving and devoted mother of Trevor, Alan and Christine, mother-in-law of Doreen, Christine and Trevor, treasured grandmother of Laura, Roger, Peter, Stephen, Kathryn, Timothy, Rebecca and Andrew and a special great-grandmother. A service of thanksgiving was held in Cookstown Baptist Church on Sunday, 27 June, followed by interment in Cookstown Cemetery. Donations in memory, if desired, to Irish Baptist College c/o Steenson Funeral Services (Charities a/c), 11 Loy Street, Cookstown, BT80 8PZ. Remembered with love by all the family circle. “I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.” Psalm 23 v 6.
