Abernethy October 17, 2024 (peacefully) at Drapersfield House Nursing Home, in his 92nd year, Edmond (Eddie), 35 Aughagranna Road, Stewartstown, dearly loved Husband of Gladys, precious Father of Lorraine and the late Alison, dearest Father-in-law of Ronnie and Paul, treasured Granda of James, Sam, Heidi, Lucy (Jack) and Charlie and Great-Granda of Jacob. A private family burial preceded a service of thanksgiving for Eddie’s life in Donaghey Congregational Church on Saturday, 19 October. Donations in memory, if desired, payable to Steenson Funeral Services (Charities a/c), 11 Loy Street, Cookstown, BT80 8PZ for Faith Mission and N.I. Kidney Research Fund. Absent from the body, present with the Lord.
