Thom May 5, 2022 (peacefully) at Craigavon Area Hospital, aged 87 years, Vernon Ernest, 11 Park Avenue, Cookstown, devoted husband of Gwennie, loving father of Gwyneth, Adrian, Arnold and the late Ernest, dearest father-in-law of Evelyn, Jennifer, Rosie and the late Mike, cherished grandfather of Andrew, Philip, Laura, Vernon, Harry and the late Warren and Lauren, a beloved great-grandfather to his 9 great-grandchildren and a much loved brother and uncle. A service of thanksgiving was held in Derryloran Parish Church on Sunday, 8 May, followed by interment in Kildress Parish Churchyard. Donations in memory, if desired, payable to Steenson Funeral Services (Charities account), 11 Loy Street, Cookstown, BT80 8PZ for Derryloran Parish Church and Kildress Parish Church. Gone but not forgotten.
