Glackin (née Evans) January 8, 2015 (peacefully) at Antrim Area Hospital, Ursula, loving mother of Maria, Joanne, Olivia and Teresa and devoted grandmother of Finn, Annabel, Ellen, Rebecca, Anna and Ollie. 142 Morgan’s Hill Road, Cookstown. Interred in Saint John’s Graveyard, Portadown on Saturday 10 January following requiem mass in Holy Trinity Chapel, Cookstown. Will be very sadly missed by her mother Patricia Evans, sister Martina, brothers Raymond, Philip, Gregory, Brendan (and the late Tony) and all the family.
