Abernethy (Née Compton) September 9, 2015 (suddenly) at Fairfields Care Centre, Kathleen, beloved wife of the late Harold, devoted mother of Trudy, mother-in-law of Derek, much loved nanny of John and his wife Vanessa, Jill and her fiancée Craig, Heather and her husband Simon, great grandmother of Harry, Charlotte, Ollie and Teddie and dear sister of the late May, Bill and Joe. A service of thanksgiving was held in Derryloran Parish Church on Saturday 12 September, followed by interment in Donaghendry Parish Churchyard. Donations in memory, if desired, to Alzheimer's Society c/o Steenson Funeral Services, 11 Loy Street, Cookstown, BT80 8PZ. Lovingly remembered by all the family circle. “Safe in the arms of Jesus.”
