McCartney December 19, 2022 (peacefully) at Craigavon Area Hospital, in his 99th year, William James (Billy), 24A Lisnanane Lane, Cookstown and formerly of Morgan Close, Cookstown, beloved husband of the late Susan, much loved father of Nigel and the late Denise, father-in-law of Olive, treasured grandfather of Chris, Richard, Andrew and the late Ian and brother of the late Tom, May, Bob and Edith. A service of thanksgiving was held in R Steenson & Son Funeral Home on Wednesday, 21 December, followed by interment in Lissan Parish Churchyard. Donations in memory, if desired, to Air Ambulance N.I. c/o Steenson Funeral Services Charities Account, 11 Loy Street, Cookstown, BT80 8PZ. Will be very sadly missed by the entire family circle.
