Alan, Yvonne, Glen and Beth wish to express our sincere thanks to all who supported us during the recent bereavement of our dear mother. To those who sent cards and letters of sympathy, telephoned, texted, called at the funeral home, attended the funeral, made donations in lieu of flowers or helped in any way, your support is very much appreciated. Special thanks to Canon Porteus for his pastoral care and for conducting the funeral service. A special word of thanks to the private carers, Marie Curie and NI Hospice for all their kindness and care. We would like to thank Bryan and Carole Steenson for the caring and courteous manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out. Rachel (Rita) Crooks
The family of the late Rachel (Rita) Crooks would like to thank most sincerely all the family, friends and neighbours for the sympathy, kindness and support shown to us following Rita’s recent passing. We would especially like to thank the Doctors and Nurses of The Oaks Medical Practice, all the N.I. Ambulance Service Crews who attended to Rita over the last few months and the staff of Wards C3 and C4 Antrim Area Hospital for their excellent care and dedication. Many thanks to all who took the time to call at the home, brought food or gifts, sent cards or messages of condolence, gave donations in lieu of flowers to Air Ambulance N.I., attended the funeral or helped in any way.
