We the family of the late Muriel Thom wish to express our sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with us in our recent bereavement. To all those who sent cards, text messages, telephoned, attended the wake or funeral, made donations or helped in any way, Thank-you! A special word of thanks goes to Canon Drew Dawson for his visits to mum, his attendance at the church for her arrival on Monday night and conducting the funeral service. Thankyou also to the ladies and gentlemen of Kildress Parish Church for all their help at the wake and the funeral. To the catering team, the caretaker, the organist, the wardens, those who helped with the sound and parking, your help was so appreciated. We would also like to thank the management and staff of Drapersfield House and also the doctors and nurses of Ward A5, Antrim Hospital. Finally, thanks also goes to Bryan and Carole Steenson and their team for the caring and dignified manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out. The family of the late Robert (Bob) McConnell wish to express their heartfelt thanks to all who sympathised with them on their recent sad bereavement. Thanks to all who telephoned, sent cards or messages of sympathy, gave donations in lieu of flowers, attended the wake or funeral or helped in any way. A special thanks to the carers of Connected Health for their dedication and special friendship over the years. Thanks also to the Doctors, staff and district nurses from Mid-Ulster Healthcare for their invaluable care and support and to all the staff at Falls Chemist. Deepest gratitude to Canon Norman Porteus for conducting the funeral service in the Funeral Home and at the graveside and to Bert Harkness for piping at the cemetery. Many thanks to Tanya and the staff of the Royal Hotel for providing the refreshments following the committal. Finally thanks to Bryan, Carole and the staff of Steenson Funeral Services for the dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements. We trust this acknowledgment will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere thanks and appreciation to all who helped or assisted in anyway in our time of loss.

The family of the late Eric Robinson, who passed away 2nd June 2025, Ann his wife, daughter Estelle, sons Randell and David and wider family circle wish to express their sincere gratitude to everyone who sympathised and supported them with their recent bereavement. Thank you to everyone who attended the wake, the funeral, gave donations in lieu of flowers, sent cards or who came to the house on the morning of Eric’s funeral. A sincere thank you to Canon Norman Porteus for his support and for conducting the Church service. We would also like to thank all the staff at Craigavon Area Hospital, Marie Curie nurses, Ann’s careers and all other health care professionals who attended Eric during his illness. The family would also like to say a very special thanks to Dr Hutton, Loy Medical Centre for her kindness and care she showed Eric, the family will be forever grateful. Finally, a thank you to Steenson’s Funeral Services, Bryan, Carole and staff for the dignified and professional way they carried out the funeral arrangements. We trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted with our sincere gratitude.

The family of the late James Ronald (Ronnie) Hunter would like to express their heartfelt thanks and appreciation for the many expressions of sympathy, kindness and support shown to us during our recent sad bereavement. Thanks to Doctors Alastair and Pauline Brown and Staff of Oaks Family Practice, Laurel House Antrim, The Cancer Centre Belfast, Causeway Hospital, Social Workers, Occupational Therapist, Ann’s Home Care, N I Hospice and Drapersfield House for their support. A special thanks to Rev Dr Iain Jameson for his help and support and for conducting the funeral service. Thanks to Tanya Stewart for the beautiful music, to the church caretaker and to Joanne Loughrin and her staff for providing the refreshments after the committal. Thanks also to those who called at the funeral home, messaged, telephoned, sent cards or made donations in lieu of flowers. Finally, to Bryan & Carole Steenson for the use of their funeral home for the wake and their guidance and professionalism in finalising the funeral arrangements, we are truly grateful. As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, should we have missed someone, it has not been intentional.

Michael Currie of First Cookstown Presbyterian Church for his spiritual guidance and for conducting a very fitting funeral service in the church and at the graveside. We also wish to acknowledge those who gave so generously in lieu of flowers to First Presbyterian Church Cookstown Building Fund. Finally, we give thanks to Bryan, Carole and staff of Steenson Funeral Services for the dignified and professional manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.
